Finally, we slept in, had our breakfast in a small cafe; couldn't wait to see the Palace of the Grand Masters, which is located at the north side of the Street of the Knights.

Street of the Knights is situated between the harbour and the Palace of the Grand Masters. It is lined by the Inns of the nationalities of the order of St. John. The Inns were used as meeting places for the Knights, and largely restored by the Italians in the early 20th century, they definitely did a awesome job.

Inside of the French Chapel, it is now the French Consulate. This is one of my favorite pictures as well.

Arms on the Inn of Provence.
It took me forever to go through the Street of the Knights, the arms and beatiful structures were so fascinating, I just couldn't put my camera down.

We bought a set of tickets at the Knights hospital, the tickets allowed us to visit the Palace of the Grand Masters, Sacred Virgin Church and Decorative Arts Museum.

The main entrace of the Palace was under restoration, couldn't have a picture of it, this is one of the towers of the Palace. A fortress within a fortress, built in the 14th century, it survived earthquakes and sieges, but was blown up by an accidental explosion in 1856. It was restored by the Italians in the 1930s.

A statue at the central courtyard of the Palace. Took this picture when we were browsing the museum at the basment.

Medusa Chamber, this chamber also features Chinese and Islamic vases.

The Second Cross-Vaulted Chamber. Once used as the governor's office.

Hallway outside of the Grand Staircase.

Central Courtyard of the Palace. We didn't take many pictures because some indoor areas weren't allowed.

Sacred virgin Church.

Decorative Arts Museum.

Used up our tickets, we went out of Old Town, walked toward to Agios Nikolaos.

Agios Nikolaos is a 15th century fortress, it is a lighthouse now.

It was too hot to stay outdoors, we went back to the hotel for a while, then came out again around 6:00 pm.

We found a hidden path, which was connected to the Moats.

Once again, we wandered inside of the Old Town.

Around sunset hour, walked to the St Paul's tower.

We had dinner at the same restaurant again; after dinner, we tried the Greek traditional wine Ouzo at the hotel bar, I had 2 glasses that night, felt a little drunk.

And the next day, we were going to Lindos, a town located in eastern Rhodes.
